I have always received excellent care from Dr Koch.

I am a Registered Nurse and Dr Scott Koch has been managing my medical care since 2004. As I have aged, my medical issues have become more pronounced. Dr Koch has always been thorough, performs lab testing as indicated and has referred me to various specialists as needed, however, he has always functioned as my care manager, even when I see specialty physicians. He doesn't just 'dump' me off on a specialist, but rather, he stays actively involved in my care. I have found him to be caring, efficient and willing to listen to my viewpoint, even though he may not always agree with me. In addition, he allows me to be a part of the team to manage my own healthcare and that is the aspect that I appreciate the most in having him as my PCP.

Dr Koch is rude & uncaring. He doesn't even listen to your symptoms. I went in to see him bc I felt strongly that I have ADD. He refused to prescribe anything & instead referred me to Laureate Phsychiatric. He kept rolling his eyes when I was telling him my symptoms & said I should probably take anti-depressants. Seriously! Waste of time & money. I went to a different doctor the next day, took a written test & was prescribed to ADD medicine. I think Dr Koch makes more money from referring his patients but guess what, that costs the patients more money! Never going back to him or St. Francis.
