This office is so terribly organized and lacking professionalism. Message was not properly transcribed to the doctor so his voice message was left on an incorrect number! Follow by me for an appointment was pushed into 2022! Message says accepting new patients yet they can’t accommodate existing patients. Asked primary care doctor for a referral outside of this group! Be aware

I called on four occasions to get a refill for my medication. I left messages on the recording and even spoke to their staff. Still nothing was done. Terrible service!

This doctor could do much better in making sure at least by the end of the day, he return concerned patients phone calls. When patient continues to have pain and treatments are not working, this doctor does not give the patient good direction to ease your suffering. The staff appears un knowledgeable and could do better in reminding this doctor to follow up on patient concerns and return calls. You could wait days and even weeks without a phone call being returned. He does not appear to take the initiative when making sure worried patients are taken care of when their treatment appear to not be working. He could be more caring and concerned about his patients.

I was impressed with Dr. Kuwada and his staff. Kimi, in particular, deserves recognition. She is friendly, competent and caring - a true trifecta-

ONLY PROVIDES PAIN MEDICATION AND NOT REALLY GETTING DOWN TO THE CAUSE. HAD AN EMERGENCY; HE NEVER SHOWED UP.

Dr Kuwada is very pleasant and has genuine concern in the office visit. However, he is not fully aware of the facts about Crohn's disease. He stated in an office visit that "Crohn's is only in the lower bowel." If you check WebMD, there is a statement that Crohn's can be anywhere in the digestive system. I had a scoping a week ago and I have not yet heard from him. I was told he would call me about the details of the scoping.
