Dr. MacLeod ordered a blood test for me that was not justified to insurance. He refused to re-submit to insurance ( which he could have done) with information to justify the lab test. I talked to his staff 3 times before they left me the message today that he will not do anything further. I am now stuck paying nearly $150 to the lab. He should treat his patients better than that. If he orders a test, he should stand behind its medical reason. I will never return.

I really like Dr. Macleod. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel like they were rushing me out the door. I have sent 2 of my family members to see him and they both had great experiences as well.

I have seen a handful of doctors since moving here seven years ago and have not been impressed until now. Dr. Macleod was thorough, explaining everything as he went. His bedside manner was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend highly. I have seen two derms since moving here, with both experiences being bad. They just want to get you in and out, but Dr. Macleod really took his time.
