The entire staff is so nice and personable. Office is super clean and bright. Dr Mateer himself is amazing. Always positive, taking the time to explain the process every step of the way. There is such a huge change in my son's teeth already! Highly recommend him to anyone.

Both my sons were not looking forward to seeing an orthodontist or the idea of braces in general. However, after visiting Dr. Mateer and seeing his office, they brightened up and became more interested. The office is warm, fun (they have Wifi, games, tablets) and provides a nice overall friendly environment which made them smile right away. Dr. Mateer did a great job making both of them feel comfortable. Now the boys love going to the office due to the games and rewards. Dr. Mateer and his staff are excellent with response times, on-time appointments, and I never once got the feeling they are trying to "sell" you more than whats required. I have recommended Dr. Mateer to my friends who are just as happy as I am. Start teaching your kids how to shoot a 3 pointer since scoring one will result in a nice prize!!!
