Dr. Scott Andre Mayerberger, MD

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a medical professional. Long Island is full of far more competent doctors and more professional offices. He hides that he is not in network, then he takes you to small claims court where they make you mediate so you do not have to go before a judge. Only see this doctor if you want to miss work and be bullied into paying hundreds of dollars to not miss more.

Another thing about this place the office manager thinks she has more pull then the actual pa meanwhile she probably makes no more then 18 an hour the entire place is a joke an undercover needs to go in and see how easy it is to get a script and how laughable untrained individuals think that they are doctors I like Mayerberger when I seen him maybe 10 times in 8 years cause he’s always in surgery but his staff is ridiculous and need to all work at the dollar store asap

Worst place ever 8 years wasted very unprofessional never return phone calls never checked my back ever and mix urines up to kick u out the dea needs a heads up on how ridiculous this place is I lost my job and everything because of how they changed my prescription didn’t tell me and I couldn’t fill it because I needed a prior authorization that they wouldn’t do for me probably because they have no notes on me because everytime I went in we talked about everything besides my back pain..

I would only see this doctor if you are okay being sued years later for it. The office does not bill correctly, then he takes you to small claims court for it. My insurance is expensive, but I still get sued? No thanks.

I've Been a patient for 7 mos now. I've been seen by Dr Mayerberger and his 2 other Drs there. Pat & Terry..All 3 have treated me like they truly care..they all listen to what I have to say..Which I've been to many other pain management places and they treat you like your a bother to them and rush you out of the office ! I have never felt this way here..Even their front receptionists have been very nice..im so happy I didn't have the experiences as the..bad..reviews here !..I hope & pray the office never moves so I couldn't see them anymore ! I highly recommend Dr Mayerburgers Pain Che !

Absolutely terrible. I wish I read the reviews before going to this facility. No one is in contact with you after your visit and it’s nearly impossible to get get someone on the phone. When you do get someone in the line the make you hold until they just hang up on you. As a dr’s office this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’d wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

I've been going to this doctor's office for years They are always late with the prescriptions even when you're due for your prescription they make you wait until the last day.. Plus they don't let you know when they're sending it so you have to keep call in and looking like an idiot... Then they make you come every 28 days so that you end up paying 13 times in one year instead of 12 so for every person there get an extra $100 times that by a 1000 you looking at a $100000 a year...

Dr Mayerburger is a wonderful and caring Dr. He spends time with you as a person and not a number. I’ve read the reviews on here about him and strongly disagree. Dr Mayerburger runs from the hospital to his practice and yes sometimes running late happens and it’s because he’s caring for his patients. To the ones who wrote bad things that aren’t true, your not the only person he’s caring for. Emergencies happen in the medical field. Also your urines go to a lab so testing is more in-depth then a OTC test. So if you tested positive then you were and you know that. Dr Mayerburger thank you for caring for me and I am the lucky one

He is a wonderful Dr who truly cares for his patients and he listens to you. You will be lucky to have him as your Dr. I am truly blessed to have Dr Mayerburger care for me all these years
