Dr. Scott L. Mighell, MD

DR Mighell has been my family doctor for years and I have never been dissatisfied with a visit. His nurses are always pleasant and happy to see you. Dr Mighell is easy to talk to and treats you with grace and dignity. His explanations are always easy to understand and his "bedside" manner is above reproach. What can I say. If you need a doctor this is my recommendation, hands down.

Just wants to get you in and out.

Very rude individual. I could tell he's in it for the money. I will never recommend him. Any and all opportunities I have to advise against his practice I will.

Visited him for high blood pressure after being admitted to the hospital and released. Also had back and chest pains that he said was muscular and referred out to an orthopedic doctor. Asked him to fill out papers for work and he stated that I was being treated for back pain with an undetermined treatment for an unknown time. My company of course would not accept this so I had to make another appointment to ask him to correct this. In this meeting he informed me I needed a new doctor and refused to fix this mistake. This could have cost my job for improper papers and leave.

He is ridiculous! Virtually no wait time, I now understand why. I feel sorry for the patients who call him doctor on a regular basis.

This doctor is arrogant jerk! I gave him 5 stars for ease of appointment because nobody is ever their to see him! He told me if he could pick any problem to have it would be mine ... ok i think he tells everybody that from the reviews ive read! Whats up with the nurse staying the whole time , its like hes not allowed to be alone with his patients ( or maybe she knows more than him) . Very Strange! I felt awkward trying to talk to him with the nurse right in my face. After i left i saw my regular doctor to make sure i was given the right medicene! I told him about it , he also said i should report this. Bottom line .... go somewhere else! I believe in giving good reviews to those that deserve it but im sorry this doctor deserves every bad review he gets!

I started going to Dr. Mighell for severe back pain due to herniated disks. After no tests he tells me, "If we pulled 100 people off the street, 90 of them would have herniated disks. Out of that 90, only about 40 would have symptoms. You (at age 30) are too young to have any serious problems." Two weeks later I was hospitalized due to a broken vertebrae that I had been walking around with for some time. Thanks Dr. Mighell, for your thorough evaluation.

I had a pain in my side and blood in my semen. Dr. Mighell had know idea what was wrong so he told me "if all my patients put their problems in a bowl and were asked to pick one out, you'ld probably go home with the same problem." I wanted my problem fixed not put in a bowl. He told me if things don't get better to comeback "waisted vist". Things didn't get better so I came back. This time he gets on WebMD and diagnosed me. This was after me trying to convence him again that I was in pain. He scheduled me for a third visit to run some test. Turned out he could have done that day but he was trying to get out of the office to play golf. His nurse informed me of this. Anyway got a second and third opinion on my problem no one found his diagnoses to be correct. I told the other dr. about my experience and they said I should report him.
