Dr. Scott Randolph Miller, DDS

Dr. Scott Miller is awesome. Any time that I have had dental problems, Dr. Miller has took excellent care of me. He has a wonderful personally and very professional. His staff is great as well very helpful, and kind. Very professional. I would consider this the best Dentist, and staff in the tri cities. Highly recommend ??

My insurance recently changed and I had to change dentists. My family and I started going to this office, and soon after I received a bill for $344.00. I didn't want to change dentists again; however, I guess I will have to now. I have BCBS and I realize that they are out-of-network. I tried to confirm how much that I would have to pay, but everyone I called could not give me a definite answer so... I am shocked at my bill. My cleanings used to be "free" and I was balance billed for the X-rays. If you choose an out-of-network dentist make sure that you check benefits for an out-of- network dentist before you go.

Very unprofessional!! Dr. seems to be very cocky & stuck on himself. His assistant was also very unprofessional! My family will not be back!

I recently moved to the area and was told about Dr. Miller and Dr. Ellis. I thought my previous dentist was one of the best but now I have found by far the best team of dentist I've ever seen. The work is beautiful, the entire staff and Doctors are so friendly. My wait was only about 10 minutes and I wouldn't have minded waiting longer in that awesome waiting room, the couches make you want to grab a blanket and stretch out, especially on a cold day with that fire place roaring. If you are looking for knowledge, beautiful natural dental work and a staff that is so nice and caring, Dr. Miller's office is the place to visit!
