I went to Dr Milstein several years ago. At that time he seemed like a good doctor. Everything changed when he joined Allegheny Health He became arrogant and his staff was nasty and arrogant. He did not treat me with kindness and respect and committed a major blunder relating to my health. If you need a general to look out for you he is not the Doc you want

I find Dr. Milstein and his staff to be caring, smiling offering outstanding patient care. I switched Dr. after one visit to Dr. Milstein. The atmosphere is good, the office is comfortable.

My symptoms were immediately recognized by Dr. Milstein. He has an excellent bedside manner and is a wonderful diagnostician. I am in my 70's and have never been treated by a physician as caring and knowlegeable as he is.

MILSTEIN DID NOT RECOGNIZE MY HUSBANDS SYMPTOMS OF MANIA and PRESCRIBED DOUBLE HIS USUAL DOSE OF ZOLOFT. WITHIN THREE DAYS MY HUSBAND WAS INPATIENT AT A MENTAL HOSPITAL BECAUSE THE ZOLOFT TRIGGERED A BIPOLAR EPISODE. WE HAVE NOT SEEN MILSTEIN SINCE.
