Office Coordinators are the hub of communication between patient, Doctor, and RDG staff. This organized professional will schedule/confirm appointments; verify insurance coverage; submit pre-authorization requests and insurance claims; post charges to patient accounts; all while keeping patient informed of status as well as their portion of treatment cost. This position is in Dr. Munro''s practice in the Racine location. Hours are Monday from 12:00pm until 8:00pm, Tuesday from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Wednesday is off, Thursday from 8:00am until 5:00pm - Fridayis from 8:00am until 12:00pm.
Requirements
Due to the multiple tasks and responsibilies, this position requires dental experience with working knowledge of insurance submission as well as CDT-4 and ADA codes.
Credentials
Some positions require completed Hepatitis B Series; CPR Certification is encouraged; Tuberculosis Screening is also encouraged.

Able to control hue, chroma, value, and also incorporate intrinsic and extrinsic characterization techniques to optimally match adjacent teeth. Top compensation for the right candidate.

Developing approaches for layout design and copy writing for promotional materials. Making recommendations and suggestions for marketing, public relations, internally and externally. The goal is to create traffic through targeted marketing on and off the web.
