Dr. Scott William Organ, MD

I found Dr. Organ to be very rude and things he said to me were very unprofessional. Didn't show any care of how I was feeling. Told me I was wasting my time going to him. He didn't even bother to take the time to see my knee and how it actually looked. Worst doctor I have EVER seen!!!! Anybody who says he is a good doctor must have caught him on a good day. Plus I waited over an hour before he even came in to see me. At least the office staff was nice.

That’s what he told me ive worked over 65 to 70 hrs a week for over 25 years and I was shocked to hear him say that , so in professional , yes I’m still having a lot of pain when I walk it’s been over 8 mo since my surgery , and I’m still having a hard time walking and climbing stairs etc but I still am managing to work 60 hours a week I wish I could work longer , but I’m still in a lot of pain signed to lazy to work ?

I have had 4 surgeries done by him. He is a great surgeon. Highly recommend

I was 27 years old and had a pain in my leg. My PCP sent me for PT. I returned to my PCP several times and said the pain was getting worse. After 6 weeks I got a referral to Dr. Organ who suspected a blood clot and he was correct. He visited me in the hospital during my week stay. He probably saved my life :) I am grateful.

Dr.Organ saw my son for a possible fractured clavicle, and we could not have been happier with him. He was prompt, thorough, very professional, and yet expalined everything so we left with a confidence of what was wrong and how he was going to recover. I would highly reccommend Dr.Organ.

Dr. Organ repaired my torn meniscus a year and a half ago and will be my surgeon of choice when I get my knee replacement next month. Kudos to both him and his staff!

Dr. Organs reputation is unparalleled in the community ! After visiting him it's clear why. His knowledge + expertise is only surpassed by his commitment to his patients. I was impressed that he is affiliated with UCONN and The CT joint replacement institute. Knowing I could have my surgery at a premiere facility was a significant plus. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Organ is just amazing. He and his staff are genuinely interested in his patients. I know of no one who has had a bad result with him. My highest reccomendation

My main complaint is that I feel a bait and switch tactic was used on me. Prior to making the appointment I requested they make certain they accepted my insurance plan, which they validated and informed me they accept it. Upon arrival I was informed (after I paid the co-pay) that they do not accept my insurance and the office visit cost is $105 plus the $35 I paid fo a total of $140. After waiting 40 minutes I was informed that they would give me a break on the office visit cost based upon Dr. Organ's approval. Dr. Organ double the $140 fee to $280 and then discounted it by 50%. So all he did was bring it to the original quoted $140 fee. He appears competent although he was not much help for me. I recommend you hold onto your wallet when you go there and don't be so trusting.

very easy to talk to. spends enough time with you and follows thru to proper resolution of problem.have not had surgery with him.
