Dr paluska put me on the fast track to healing from my dislocated elbow. Unlike the docs at Carle, he also ordered an MRI to determine the true extent of the damage. Some incredibly useful info came out of that.

I saw Dr. Paluska for ankle pain. He was polite and sympathetic but completely unhelpful, and he didn't seem to pay attention to any of my descriptions of my previous attempts at self-treatment or my athletic lifestyle. The PT he referred me to made the pain 100 times worse. Months later, I still have excruciating calf pain and muscle spasms. The end result is that, where originally I couldn't run, now I can't walk, bike, strength train, or do many things that I rely on in daily life, like carry groceries.
