Very, Very poor office staff. Would not go back to him if I was dying.

I just had an appt. Last Thursday, had to wait almost 2 hours. I have received new Insurance 6months ago and they had me switching my medication every month which really messed with my system. I went to pick up my prescription Thursday to only be advised he can no longer write out prescriptions. I called his office 2 times and they still haven't called me back. He is the rudest Dr. And his staff is extremely rude. I have never seen a Dr office like this ever. He is only in this for the money and does not give a crap for his patients.

I hated even giving him one star but couldn't write this review without it. Saw Dr Prince for over 3 years and put up with the rudest front desk staff I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Needed a referral for surgery and when I called to obtain it was told that they were no longer taking my insurance and that I had to find another doctor. No letter, no phone call, no notice. Nothing but attitude. They said they couldn't recommend me to any other doctor and would be unable to provide any other services. Very upsetting to be abandoned at a time when I needed my doctor to care about my well being. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who seeks care.

Often have to wait over 3 weeks for a sick appt. Front desk personnel are very rude,to busy talking with each other about their family troubles, doctors never on time but has time to stand around joking with his staff while a roomful of people wait,no bedside manor, been there a few years now are it's keeps getting worse ,finally found a new Dr. The bills I got from the hospital are outrageous all because I got sick and was told they could not get me in until the next month,over 35 days .I had to give A rating but was unable to give less than A 1 star

My father was rushed to the emergency room a few days ago. Finally Dr Prince made his presence. He was the rudest person I ever met. Completely ignored the family and when we asked him a question he came off with a smart remark. Plus the information he gave was completely wrong! My father turned to us and told us to get the life insurance policies ready. His cardiologist came in and told us a totally different diagnosis. Who to believe. We made it easy. On our way to Pinnacle Health in Harrisburg. After we thought about him we should of fired himn on the spot!!!!

The secretary is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life...does Dr. Prince know about her behavior?

Dr. Prince supplies people with drug problems Subs. They sell them, trade them, this is a profit center for him. $100.00 per visit 5min. visit in cash. He only feeds the creates adiction legally.

Ive been with Dr prince for about 2 yrs now and have always had a great visit.

Very nice Doctor. Gets you in when needed and stays on top of prescriptions and tests also refferals

Dr. Prince has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. I have always had good experiences with him and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.
