Summary
After being raised in southern Florida, I lived in a variety of U.S. states while completing my medical and specialty training. Serving in the U.S. Air Force as a psychiatrist, I was stationed at March Air Force Base in Riverside County and subsequently moved to the San Diego area after completing my military time. A large private practice developed in the ensuing years, and I also served for two years as the senior psychiatrist at the Downtown Mental Health Clinic in central San Diego. In 1997 I joined the staff at Kaiser Permanente at the Vista Medical Offices, where I currently practice.
