New patient. Got in within a week! Dr. Is totally professional, caring and listened to me..He took the time to ask me questions too. We discussed the plan to help.my feet. He doesnt have a fancy office , like many of the podiatrists in Pensacola. These other doctors have a fancy office but try to get in months later..ha! Many of these other Podiatrists, are arrogant and have staff that has the same demeanor! These other doctors shove you in and out like cattle! Only money makers. Dr. Rickoff is the total office. He has a small office. Would you rather go to a caring and competent with a small.office or one with a nasty non caring attitude and a fancy office? I highly recommend Dr. Rickoff!

I found Dr. Scott Rickoff and his staff very compassionate and professional. These are the 2 things I value he most in a care facility!

Extremely POOR experience! My physician arranged a referral to this clown for an ingrown toenail and sent his office my name and insurance information. I called to schedule an appointment and to learn what my co-pay, out of pocket cost would be and they could not tell me how much I'd have to pay. It was like I was asking for something unusual and the person on the phone was mystified and totally confused. The voice in my mind is one that I should have listened to because it was saying this is not a good business practice, or doc. Regrettably, I didn't listen to it. I schedule the appointment as a new patient with my insurance provider stated, waited two weeks in pain, take off from work, show up for the appointment, get taken back to an exam room and the unbelievably cold, distant, unwelcoming assistant takes my insurance card to go log it in, then comes back and tells me that they don't accept my insurance and that if I wanted treatment I would have to self pay! Really? STAY AWAY FROM… DR. RICKOFF
