Summary
As an Upper Cervical Doctor, I follow and am certified in the Grostic procedures protocol. This technique is a very gentle (no twisting, popping or cracking) and precise hand adjustment. I focus on the first bone in your spine C1, or the Atlas vertebrae, which is in the area of your brain stem. I utilize a very specific set of x-rays and analysis (measured to 1/4 of a degree) of those x-rays to determine each individuals spinal mis-alignment. I adjust other areas of the spine as well as extremities if needed.
