Having someone contact the insurance company with prior authorization has taken over 10 days now and still not resolved

I have been a patient of Dr. Ross since he came to Bull Run and I have been very pleased with him. He is a wonderful doctor. You couldn't do better.

My primary doctor. He is very efficient with time but spends quality time with the patient. Listens well to the patient.

I think the front desk could be a little more courteous, but I find that in most of my visits to the doctor's office. I have extensive health issues and Doctor Ross was very understanding and helpful. I had a little confusion at the lab, but only because I was asking them to do my Rheumatologist's blood work also. I take it that's not the most common request, so I don't hold it against them. Going to the doctor's office is usually on bad terms, so I applaud his attitude and efficiency. His staff by and large are all very nice and helpful. I have decided to make him my Primary Care Doctor, and with labs on site, it is very convenient.

I took my husband in on a Monday where Dr. Ross diagnosed him with Pneumonia. We told Dr. Ross that my husband had flu like symptomps and a fever of 101 to 103 for 6 days. Dr. Ross gave my husband antibiotics and cough medicine with codine. Two days later, my husband died from Pneumonia.
