I'll start by saying that I don't have much faith in doctors. When I decided to see Dr Scott I was at the point of desperation and knew I needed a fresh approach, not more prescriptions that didn't help or another doctor that wouldn't hear me. I am 40 years old and after my tubal things began to shift hormonally, then after a complicated surrogacy I had to have a hysterectomy which means immediate surgical menopause. I'll shorten this up by saying Dr Scott brought me back to life, to my old self. My first visit I knew I had found hope and help, finally!! He has helped me to lose 20 lbs and still counting. He diagnosed my low thyroid where no other MD would and he treated it. He realigned my hormones and I feel alive again and happy. No more headaches, no more hot flashes, no more fatigue and yes my libido is back too. He even allowed me to return supplements I didn't end up using (I'm hard headed)....What doctor does that? This man is absolutely positively for his patients 110%. I will… conclude that after all that, I took the leap for a vampire breast lift and not only am I very pleased afterwards, I will also add how very professional, kind and understanding he was. Even calling me while I was on vacation to check on me a couple days later. His entire staff is exceptional. Dr Scott runs a tight ship and knows his stuff. You can't put a price on actually feeling alive and understood. His care is worth every penny. I literally can't say enough extraordinary things about Dr Scott, saying thank you just isn't enough.

Dr. Scott really took the time to help me figure out the total picture of my health. I had the hormone panel run at this office and once treatment started, I have never felt better in my life. My husband also decided to see Dr. Scott and we both did the hcg diet. It has been a great experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Scott really spent time with me explaining his weight loss program when I first started. He even diagnosed and treated me for a thyroid problem I didn't know I had. I've lost 19 pounds so far and I feel better inside and out than I ever have. Thank you, Dr. Scott for all you do. I wish you could be my main doctor for everything.

Dr. Scott Shapiro delivered my baby 6 years ago and he and his staff were always so good to me. I heard through a friend he is opening a weight loss clinic in Charlotte. Dr. Scott, I need to lose weight so how do I find you?

Delievered two of my kids and was definately the best OB/GYN in town! We really miss him and wish he would come back! Had to deliever my last baby at the stvl.womens clinic and not only did they about drop my baby, but forgot to suction out the meconium during birth and she got real sick! Please COME BACK Dr. S!

The Best Dr. I have ever had. Dr. Shapiro took very good care of me. He was my Gynecologist for approx. 9 years. I have never had and probably will never again have such a caring Doctor. I Miss You Dr. Shapiro...and have yet to find me a new doc. I keep checking online every so often to see if he is practicing somewhere else now.

Dr. Scott Shapiro is one of the most caring, professioinal doctors I have ever come in contact with. He spends as much time as you need regardless of how busy he might be. I am 63, so all of my problems have been in the field of Gynecology, but I was his patient from shortly after he came to Statesville until he left his practice last year. I miss him!! He was one of a kind.
