Dr. Scott James Sheets, DO

My son is 7 years old and we have been seeing him since birth. He is the most informative, patient doctor I have ever met. He is very honest about what is best for our children even if is it is something a parent may not want to hear. (2nd hand smoke, perfume etc.) My sister also goes to him for her daugther. She had an middle of the night emergency and he called the ER to see who was working and decided it was something he need to be there for and got up and met them in 10 minutes. He goes above and beyond and I wish more doctors were like him.

Dr Sheets was great with my daughter. She had her first bad asthma flare in the middle of the night. He responded to my call right away and was so helpful and took the time with me needed to calm me down and get her breathing well again.He takes the time with us int he office to make sure we understand how to use the asthma action plan most effectively.

Our son who was 4 at the time, had been hospitalized 3 times within a year for "pneumonia". We finally got him in to see Dr Sheets and found out he has asthma and was on all the wrong meds. Dr Sheets put him on different meds, and since then he has not been hospitalized for any reason. Our son is now 7 and with following his asthma action plan has stayed healthy. Thank you Dr Sheets for diagnosing him and getting him on the right track.

Dr. Sheets makes my son laugh and smile everytime we see him. He is so nice and kind and explains everything very well.

He comes in quickly and spoke with our son. Took the time to answer our questions, and our sons questions. He came up with a personalize care plan, and when we had concerns about some medications, he listened to what we were seeing and recommended changes to the medicine regime. He listened, and reacted to changes in our son due to medication, and so find what was best for him, personal attention was great.
