Excellent & Honest Service. Dr. Silverstein’s knowledge & care for his patients is above reproach. He is very thoughtful & thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Silverstein answered all my questions with clear answers. He has great human relations skills. He demonstrated before and after results of both knee surgeries. The changes in procedures from the first operation to the second surgery demonstrated to me that his practice is continually utilizing better methods in addressing the patient's needs.

I had an exceptionally bad experience with knee replacement, and he ignored my complaints and made no attempt to reach out to me or address numerous concerns I made him aware of. Disappointing and alarming. Would not go back.

I have found Dr. Silverstein and the rest of the doctors and staff to have been professional and compassionate. My questions were answered and the procedures were thoroughly explained to me prior to my surgery. Unsolicited, I found friends and neighbors who highly recommended Dr. Silverstein.

Excellent doctor and service-oriented. He is very good at explaining things and easy to talk with. Nice office and great office staff too.

So I had to wait with this whole COVID thing and Dr. Silverstein and his PA Sean helped me manage my pain in the mean time. Surgery went great. I was only in Northwest Hospital for like 18hrs and probably could have gone home the same day. Pain was well as expected. The block really did help. I'm 6 wks out and couldn't be happier. It already moves more than it did before surgery and I can walk well over a mile. Great doc! Highly recommend! (I asked someone who works in the OR who they would use and they said him)

I highly recommend Dr. Silverstein. I found him through a friend for whom he performed a successful knee replacement surgery. His bedside manner is very personable. I trust him. He performed a total knee replacement surgery for me about 3 yeas ago. It was very successful, everything in perfect alignment !

After consulting with two other orthopedic surgeons, I chose Dr. Silverstein to treat my arthritic knee. I was especially pleased with his graduated approach. Over time, once these more conservative measures were no longer reasonable, I agreed to a total knee replacement. Throughout the process everything was carefully explained, and during recovery all questions and concerns were completely addressed. Needless to say, when my other knee began acting up, I didn’t hesitate to trust Dr. Silverstein with a second total knee replacement! In short, he’s a skilled and caring physician.

Dr. Scott did a great job on both of my knees! I had 2 neighbors go to Mercy and they have not done half as well as I did and they only had one done. I'm walking 5 miles and couldn't be more pleased.
