Dr. Scott Willis Soleau, MD

I wasn’t concerned with bedside manner at all. Knowledge, experience and competence were my priorities. I can’t speak on any of those things because Dr. Soleau never even sat down and had a conversation with me. I had 2 appointments with him. First appt he ordered scans and was in and out. No problem. Second appt he came in without having reviewed my scans or X-rays at all. Again failed to sit down, stood and condescended to me for approximately 5 minutes, ordered PT and walked out. No images shared with me, no report provided, nothing. I have surgery scheduled with another surgeon in less than a week. I’m so glad I sought a second opinion at another facility. This physician-owned Neuromedical Center is not concerned with your sataisfaction. Insurance pays whether you feel that you were treated well or not. This review will not bother this doctor nor hurt this busy facility but I hope it informs the consumer.

I SUFFERED WITH PAIN, FOR YEARS AS DR. SOLEAU OPERATED ON MY ONCE ON MY NECK AREA DISK, THEN TWICE ON LOWER FUSION (NO LUCK), AND THE SECOND ONE MAY 2 2019 EXTENDING THE RODS AND METAL ETC. BEEN PAIN FREE AND RELEASED THIS WEEK (DEC. 9, 2019) GOD IS GOOD AND DR SOLEAU IS AWESOME. HE IS CEREBRAL AND TRIED CONSERVATIVE FIRST BEFORE GOING INTO MAJOR SURGERY. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND DR SOLEAU, AND OF COURE LISA AND HIS STAFF

I realize that not everybody has the same results from the same physician. I am fortunate to say that my experience and the results of the nerve re-alignment surgery on my neck that was performed by Dr. Soleau has proven to be a great success. Thank you Dr. Soleau your associates and staff.

I have seen a lot of doctors in the last 20 years for my back. Dr. Soleau by far is the most well-rounded neurosurgeon that I have been treated by. I wish I would have found him a long time ago. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail.

I love Dr. Soleau! He is a great surgeon, he really takes his time and takes Ur case home with him to study it, if he has concerns about how to proceed. He is very smart, and truly concerned about his patients. He is a wonderful doc, a rare find!

I give Dr Soleau credit for saving my life and of course God too...I have a rare brain disorder called Chiari Malformation and kept being misdiagnosed

Their office staff is awful with insurance and billing. Dr. Soleau stops seeing you if your account shows you owe him money even though it is his accounting staff's error. Beware he is the only doctor that does that at the NMC.!!!

When I met Dr. Soleau, I had just awoken from 30+ hrs. on a ventilator, with my family waiting to hear of my passing. Because of Dr. Soleau's absolute brilliance as a Neuro Surgeon that moment never came. When I tried to thank him for saving my life,he insisted that he was only an instrument, that God was who actually saved my life.I hope he sees this, I want him to know how truly thankful and elated I am to have met and been associated with an individual of his caliber in my lifetime.

This was my first experience with a neurosurgeon. I was in a bad car accident and injured my neck. I was referred to the Neuromedical Center by my primary care physician and told to take the first available appointment. This was with Dr. Soleau and I couldn't be more pleased. He takes the time to explain the problem and the recommended fix. The day after my surgery, Dr. Soleau visited my hospital room at 6:00a.m. He was on his way to another hospital and would not have another chance to visit with me that day. My post-op visit 2 weeks later was also very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Dr. Soleau to family or friends. An added plus, I can't even see where the incision was made; it is that small.
