waiting time almost two hours! Elson O.D. could not cure my eye infection: stye Bill the assistant watch out, he is a dramatic person.

I saw Dr. Spector for high eye pressure and he had me on eye drops for many months and my eye pressure kept elevating, he didn't resolve my eye pressure issues so I had to switch to a different doctor in Fairfield and he put a lens on my eye and a week later my eye pressure was totally under control. He is very caring and extremely busy but he did not satisfy my needs. Both of his receptionist Ally and Brittney are unprofessional and when I've called accounts payable you will never get a courtesy call back from Denise - she is extremely rude and unprofessional. It's pretty awfull that Dr. Spector has a staff that doesn't follow-up on customer care.

I waited on the table for lasix while he ran late. He scratched my eye as I was no longer numb. He yelled at me, " I don't have to do this!" as if it was my fault. When he called later that night to ask how things were, I told him how much pain I was in and he told me to go to sleep. I had been pacing the halls in pain, wishing I could sleep. His surgery gave me pseudo pterigiums- growths on my eyes which grew under my flaps, which needed to be removed or I would eventually need corneal transplants. My eyes are permanently scarred and I can no longer wear contacts. I learned all of this as I had surgery on both eyes, by a caring and ethical physician.

Two offices in Norwalk One near home for me, the other near work. Great staff, able to examine my eyes without dilating (new technology.) Scheduling was easy, he works with the same two anesthesiologists and has for ten years (I am a bit cautious, I admit) and an excellent result. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this doctor and office.

I went to Dr. Spector for my eye care, with various questions and concerns. As a physician myself, I expected Dr. Spector to listen to my concerns about my vision. Unfortunately he spent the whole time pendling the latest eye drop for dry eyes. My concerns were not caused by dry eyes, but rather eye pressure, retinal detachment etc. I am concerned that patients without medical knowledge would leave his office thinking their only problem was dry eyes! I will now have to schedule another appointment with another eye doctor to have my concerns addressed. Being a physician myself, I was thoroughly disappointed in his care.
