Easy of getting in touch with, and a prompt reply to all questions

Have been long-term patient of Dr. Spielman (over 10 years). Have found him to be excellent physician, helping ease a lot of my symptoms (my condition not fully curable, only controllable). While he is very busy (like any specialist), I have never felt that he rushed through any of my appointments, even relatively routine monitoring visits, taking time to discuss everything that has been going on with the condition since the last appointment. Usually, takes about 20 minutes of wait time at the office, but nothing unusual about that given the time he takes with each patient (at least based on my experience).

I find him and his staff excellent- they are knowledgeable, answer all your questions, gives you all the time you need, never rushes you and gives you straight answers. I have no idea where the other opinion is coming from saying he can't relate to his patients & families--absolutely not my experience.
