Summary

Dr. Stoll graduated in 1990 from medical school at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM) in Fort Worth. He received his PhD degree in 1992 from the University of North Texas in Denton with an emphasis on the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Dr. Stoll completed a residency training program specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) in 1995 and is board certified in PM&R. Dr. Stoll received further post-graduate training in 2000 and became board certified in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Medicine.

From 1995 to 2010, Dr. Stoll conducted research, taught medical students, and practiced medicine as a full time faculty member at the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) in Fort Worth. During this time, Dr. Stoll advanced from Assistant Professor to Tenured Full Professor. He served UNTHSC as a Department Chairman, Board Member, and Institute Director for over 10 years. Dr. Stoll had a successful research career at UNTHSC and was awarded several million dollars in national competitive research grants. Dr. Stoll also served from 2001-2007 as the Founding Executive Director of the national Osteopathic Research Center (ORC) at UNTHSC. His research included a variety of projects focused on treatment of the musculoskeletal system (spine, arms and legs). Most recently, Dr. Stoll was awarded and completed a 3-year grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) investigating non-surgical treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which utilized EMG/NCS (neurodiagnostic) testing as a primary research outcome measure.

Dr. Stoll has been performing neurodiagnostic (EMG/NCS) testing in Fort Worth for over 15 years. In 2010, Dr. Stoll opened Stoll Neurodiagnostics, PA in order to provide excellence in EMG/NCS testing and service in a full time private practice setting. Dr. Stoll lives and works in Fort Worth with his wife and three sons.
