Dr. Scott Thomas Stoll, DO

So I showed up almost an hour ahead of my appointment and came from over two hours away. I asked what was going on when it was 30 minutes past my appointment and big guy (office Manager, maybe Matt?) came out and said well that is why we have this sign posted. It basically said sometimes thing take longer. A little prior to that a guy came out and was talking to same guy and thanked him for squeezing him in today??? This is why I ultimately wasn't seen until over an hour after my appointment! This is unacceptable. The worse part was I had to be seen by Dr Stoll the next day for more tests. My appointment the next day was after their lunch break (where they don't see any patients). I was again early for my appointment and was lead back into the testing area reasonably quickly. That was great right up until I was again made to wait. I believe it was another 40 minutes (Only because I had to go out and ask where the doctor was after 30 plus minutes). As far as I know Dr Stoll… knows what he is doing as far EMG's are concerned but I have nothing to compare it to. If I hadn't waited weeks for the appointments I would have walked out the first day and went someplace else. If you want to be treated with respect and feel as though your time is as important as they think they are, I WOULD SAY FIND ANOTHER DR!!

The office manager, Matt Cox was extremely rude and unprofessional! I’ve never had any medical tests done at a doctors appointment, especially almost 2 hours away, that they did not call and let me know ahead of time what the cost would be and what I would be responsible for. I was told by him that he’s been to many appointments and asked before. His tone was beyond what should be expected by an office manager in any professional setting. I had to hold back the tears because of it. As I was about to pay the $500 plus, before the tests mind you, I told him his tone was very rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me, “Why, because I want you to pay what you owe? You can leave!” He stood up to escort me to the door. At the door to his office I told him that I’ve never been talked to in a professional office like that! I’m beyond appalled by the unprofessional attitude of this man. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going there and having to deal with this. I saw Dr. Stoll 4 years ago… for testing and didn’t deal with this at all. My husband even went in to try to talk to the manager and was told to leave. This guy doesn’t need to be working anywhere near dealing with people. I also let my doctor who referred me to them know about it.

I was very impressed with all of you. Matt went above and beyond to get me an appointment, and has helped in so many ways. Dr. Stoll was very thorough and has pointed me in another direction for my care, and the office ladies were efficient and very nice to talk with. Thank you all so much. JUDY NEWMAN

Dr. Stoll has been helping me with my lowr back problems and has been doing everything in his power to help me get better. He is very helpful and everytime I ask a question, he is there to make it the most informative piece of conversation. I enjoy my visits I have had there everytime and I look foward to continue treatment with Dr. Stoll as needed.

Excellent service. Doctor spent time with me and was willing to listen. Staff is very nice. Able to get appointment quickly.
