Dr. Scott Stratmann, DC

Dr Stratmann is an okay doctor, however his staff makes me question his integrity and professionalism. Primarily his office manager, Erika. Erika is very nice and professional, when the doctor is around. Recently, she decided to yell at my mother for expressing concerns over a treatment that doctor Stratmann had ordered. My mother is taking medication that can and will interfere with the treatment ordered. Erika demonstrated her poor knowledge in the medical field. After she decided to yell at my mother we spoke to the office RN who said that she did not understand why Erika yelled, she also agreed that it was erikas job to find out if the treatment was safe for my mother and agreed that it was better if we opted out because a terrible reaction could happen. Additionally, issac and the lady who takes care of the front desk are always in the back playing on their phones and laughing about how drunk they got last weekend and whether she will “ hook” it up with her friend. Erika should… yell at her staff instead of yelling at patients. Wait times, let’s just say you should clear up your schedule prior to your appointment because it takes 3 plus hours of wait time if your a first time patient ( with appointment), and 1 hour if your lucky, for returning patients.
