Dr. Scott Winthrop Treworgy, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Treworgy and found him condescending with a total lack of empathy. He is a first class snob and totally critical. Absolutely no business being a psychiatrist!!

Failed to provide care. Would not fill a prescription that i have been on for over 20 years. I was charged $420.00 for an appointment that was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 20 minutes. Nothing about actual treatment was discussed in this visit but he did lecture me about having health insurance. Zero stars if possible.

Dr. Treworgy is a good doctor, he really is. He is VERY stern. DO NOT miss appointments. DO NOT reschedule last minute! He will not tolerate it and will easily tell you to find another provider if you cannot do so. Who can blame him? I personally, am a scaredy kind of cat with authority. He knows what he's doing, but his bedside leaves something to be desired. He's definitely not the "warm and cozy" kinda guy.

The doctor seemed to have no interest in me as a person. He never made eye contact with me, he interrupted me repeatedly, and his responses to things I said had no connection to what I had just said. I had to see him under duress -- I would recommend NEVER choosing to see him voluntarily.
