Poor, didn't listen, made medication dosage mistakes that had to be changed. Didn't look at lab results or test results. Made changes to medication based on opinion and not labs. Wanted to give me an immunization that I already had.

Poor assessment skills. I went for a cough. He listened to the bases of my lungs in the back, at one point he was below my ribs. He also did not listen to the anterior aspect of my lung sounds. As an R.N. I found that a pointless assessment.
