Dr. Vergano is the best pediatrician my daughter has ever seen. I went through 6 before finding him. My daughter had reflux and every doctor we saw wanted to run tests on her and medicate her. I was a FTM and never heard of babies with reflux. Dr. Vergano spent quite a bit of time going over every aspect I would need to know about naturally dealing with reflux. Everything he suggested worked, no tests needed, no meds. On another occassion she broke out in a strange rash. Dr. V was off so I requested another pedi who had been at the practice the longest 25+ years of experience. He couldn't figure out what it was. Took her back a few days later to Dr. V...one look and he knew exactly what it was. Even went and got a text book to read me what it said about it. Once she was throwing up at 2 months old. Couldn't keep anything down. Took her to chkd and saw two doctors they said it was reflux and gave per meds. Took her to Dr. V the next day and he took one listen to her stomach and told me… it was a stomach bug and explained why he felt that way/what he heard. He was right, the next day I was sick with a stomach bug that I caught from her. He always explains in detail why he is checking certain things so I can understand and explains in detail his diagnosis. He is amazing. I could go on and on.
