Dr. Scott William Visser, MD

Since we moved from Florida to Wilmington we've going to Dr. Visser. He is very professional, polite and attentive. We higly recommend him as a family care doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Visser's for many years and have always been treated with caring concern. He is a most competent health care provider. I have moved a fair distance from the office but will continue to make the hour plus drive to remain his patient. His staff is helpful and courteous. The lab efficiency depends upon which lab is currentl serving the office.

Straight shooter, I would suggest him

First time patient. Office was dirty, wait time was slow and Visser has zero personality. May be a great Dr but didn't inspire much confidence. I'll continue looking for another provider.

Scott Visser doesn't loosen up, but I'm not there to build a friendship. I believe he's highly qualified and is genuinely interested in every patient's health. The office is very professional and efficient.

- Doctor Visser ran no tests to diagnose my ailments. When complaining about ear ringing and chronic throat pain, chest pain, chronic fatigue He put me on anti depressants for a month and told me I had to "learn to live with it." On top of it all, after my last appointment, the good doctor didn't call in my anti depressant medication (that I didn't want to take anyway) and have been without for 3 days with no call backs. I've called twice already. Isn't it dangerous to abrupty stop anti-depressants?I did what he told me and feel worse for it.Avoid this doctor.

I am 60 year old patient and can only tell you Dr. Visser is one of the best doctors I have even been seen by. He also works with other Doctors who excell in their fields, thanks Doc Visser
