Dr. Scott Anthony Wilke, DC

My wife has been seeing dr. wilke and his office staff for several years... what I find odd is that dr. wilke has staff that will see patients at his office outside of office hours. When I approached my wife about the situation, she shared that Shawn, a staff member at dr. wilkes office offered appointments outside of office hours, due to his busy "in hours" appointments, my wife was offered and given out of office "services". remarkably, when I approached the office and saw dr. wilke.. shawn was available during normal business hours. ??? Now the weird part. I see dr. wilke and he confirms that services out of office hours are exceptionally rare??? Then he schedules me an appointment with Shawn. the busiest guy in the office who couldn't give my wife a message during normal business hours.. wow. It gets better. he schedules me with shawn who provided services.. i guess if that's what you want to call it.. I've had 4 messages prior in my life. Never had I had a "therapist" talk with… such foul language while providing a message, not to mention the topics.. "I do what my clients' want.... I hate the government.... all while truly trying to hurt me.... obviously I hit a sore spot while he was enjoying my wife outside office hours, in an environment where out of the office hours appointments are very rare. My findings are that this business is poorly managed and that wilke has no control/ desire to properly manage his staff. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional way.. next stop the BBB. "
