I wouldn’t allow this doctor to treat my dog! He does not listen to his patients, lies, refuses to do needed treatments unless you have unnecessary ones so he can bill you more. I went there because I was having trouble with severe GERD and needed a GI to do an endoscopy before I could be referred for surgery. I was already on double the recommended dose of PPIs which are supposed to be short term and I’d been on over a year. Not only were they not working but I have had 4 broken bones since being on them (a common side affect). He first tried to convince me to double the dose again and I refused. He then refused to do the endoscopy unless I also had a colonoscopy which I didn’t need because I’d just had a normal one less than a year ago. He blatantly refused to do the endoscopy if I didn’t have the colonoscopy anyway. After a 3 month wait he did both procedures and told me I had growths in the colon but the surgical report showed that was a lie. He also confirmed I had severe GERD and… tried to quadruple the medication. I refused and assisted on a referral to a specific surgeon I had researched. He said he would but even after 3 calls to his office he never made the referral. I finally contacted the surgeon myself and his office called and demanded the referral. I will finally be having the surgery next month, no thanx to him

Is an amazing Doctor always meets my needs and expectations

I have been going to Dr Wu over 10 years for my Ulcerative Colitis. He is professional and easy to understand what he is trying to explain. He has done several colonoscopies for me and I trust his medical opinion. His office staff is professional too.

My experience with him was not pleasant. I called the on call physician for his practice and he was the one on call. When they transferred me to him, I began to tell him the situation and he told me that he doesn't have time and that he doesn't know what to tell me.
