Dr. Sean A Blake, DPT, DO

At the Columbus Hand Institute, Dr. Sean Blake sees patients at his independent, private practice. He is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand surgery. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Dr. Blake received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. In 2007, he completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also completed his residency, serving as Co-Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery. Following that, Dr. Blake completed a Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the State University of New York at Buffalo."
