Dr. Sean Patrick Bresnahan, DO

Dr. Sean Bresnahan was very rude. He forced me to go have a pet scan that very day I saw him. He made me feel little. There was no rhyme or reason I couldn't have waited a couple of days to go. I have an elderly mother iPad to take to appointments she told me to put her in a cab! And then I had to go that day and just as I thought it showed nothing I didn't need it I wasn't showing any symptoms or anything dire that warranted to be forced to go that day.. Goethals patient to put their elderly sick mother in a cab!!! NEVER AGAIN

I have been a patient of Dr. Bresnahan's for some time and I am shocked by the bad review he received. My experience with him is that he is proactive, very on top of things, caring and always listens and takes my concerns very seriously. He is very professional. I am wondering if the person that gave him that review actually saw Dr. B. because it sounds like they are describing a completely different doctor.

I found Dr. Bresnahan to rude and condescending. Won't see him again.

Two of the most important traits in being a good doctor is having a great bedside manner and also being able to listen to the patient. Sean is seriously lacking in these two traits. Sean appears to enjoy his own voice. Another concern about Sean is the apparent pleasure he gets out of bad mouthing other medical professionals (by name) in front of patients. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a level of maturity that is well below what it should be for a practicing doctor. Hopefully, as he gains experience, these issues will resolve themselves.

This Doctor is a great practitioner and caring person. Anyone who has Dr. Bresnahan as their Primary is lucky and in good hands.

I have been seeing Dr. B for a few years and I completely disagree with the previous negative review. Dr. B has always given me the time and attention appropriate for each appointment. He listens and explains his reasoning for his diagnose/s and or health plan for me. He makes me feel supported and that I am not just another "co-pay" like so many other doctors make me feel. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. B. to anyone that is looking for a doctor who will listen to and be your health care partner.

Dr. Bresnahan treated my daughter and exhibited behavior that was ignorant, chauvinistic, and defensive over the course of several visits. Dealing with him is like dealing with a doctor from 100 years ago. There are doctors who believe in having a working relationship with their patients and continuing their education and listening to their patients. Not this doctor. I cannot recommend this him to anyone.
