Dr. Sean M. Esmende is very patient, polite, knowledgeable, caring and professional. He has such patience when explaining what is happening to his patients, and he goes over in great detail about the process and procedures that is necessary for his patients to live a healthy and normal lifestyle. I have had great success with Dr. Sean M. Esmende as my doctor and I am thoroughly grateful, impressed and thankful that he cares the way that he does about his patients. I tell everyone how wonderful he is and have referred quite a few people to him for help, which they have gone to him and had procedures done through him and everyone also raves about how wonderful he is. The staff at his Hartford office is very polite especially Laura. She is so down to earth and knows her stuff. I Thank God everyday for the staff at 31 and 32 Seymour Street. The Bone and Joint hospital staff is all caring, professional, polite and respectful to me every time I have been there.

Having used another orthopedic office for many years, I became disgruntled with the lack of quality care and needed to find another group. Dr. Esmende was recommended to me and I'm so happy I made an appointment. From the front desk staff to the surgical coordinator to Dr. Esmende, I was treated with the upmost respect and with a true sense of caring. Dr. Esmende explained in detail the surgical procedure and what to expect. He delivered on all points. I lost all the numbness and tingling in my arm, leg and fingers immediately after surgery. I will strongly recommend anyone needing back/neck treatment to not delay in making an appointment with Dr. Esmende.

I have had three spinal fusion performed by Dr. Esmende. I regained use of my left arm and hand as a result of the most recent surgery. Surgery is always his last resort, but in my case absolutely necessary. All three surgeries resulted in a higher quality of life for me. Lauren, who scheduled everything and replied quickly to questions, is awesome too!

Dr Esmende is the best spinal surgeon. I have had two different level fusion and I am very pleased with the results. I am able to ambulated and stand pain free. Numbness in my leg gone. Very professional and sympathetic to my needs. His office staff are the best. Highly recommend

The best of the best Dr. Esmende in my opinion is a very skilled surgeon. He explains the the procedure with throughnes and takes time to answer any and all questions or concerns.

Dr Esmende is by far the BEST orthopedic spine surgeon in the world. He took me in after several other drs screwed me up, putting it kindly.. Dr Esmende and his staff saved my life, without a doubt.. thank you cant say enough..

Dr.Esmende preformed a lumbar fusion on me 2 1/2 months ago. He took his time to explain everything that he was going to do. . He is kind, caring and an excellent surgeon. His office is wonderful to work with. Thanks to Dr. Esmende I am pain free, I highly recommend him.
