Dr. Sean Patrick Grady

Been a patient there since they opened their office in Johns Creek. Todays visit on Oct 30th was worst ! Took my appt right after their lunch time so i can be seen on time. Not only the Hygienist was 15 minutes late because she herself said all of the employees took longer to eat. After a brief conversation, the hygienist had an attitude and body language like she was the queen ! Then on top of that she had the audacity to complain to the office manager that i was rude. I was fuming ! The Office manager was no better, she had made up her mind even before we spoke. I left, then i called from car asking to talk to the Dentist, she said I should no longer ever come there since i do that all the time. I asked when did i last did that, she said she does not know and she does not want to argue. Outrageous !!

Please read before visiting this dentist. I came in after I had a root canal completed by my Endodontist. Dr. Grady filled in my crown and he noticed that my bite was hitting high so he filed my tooth down in order to adjust my bite. A week and half later a crown on the right side of my mouth cracked in half. Dr. Grady re-crowned the tooth. When I went into the office to have the new crown seated, Dr. Grady adjusted my bite once again by filing down some molar teeth on the bottom left side of my mouth. 2 hours after I came home, the molar tooth on the bottom left side of my mouth cracked in half. When I went into the office, Dr. Grady claimed that the issue that I had was not due to the fact that he adjusted my bite. He claimed it was a total coincidence that my crown broke on the exact same day that he adjusted my bite and filed down my molar teeth. He refused to take responsibility and wanted me to pay over $900 yet again for another new crown. So now I've been forced to have two new… crowns on teeth that were previously perfectly healthy before I entered his office. I was extremely disappointed at his response to the situation and do NOT advise anyone to have work done there. If you would like a dentist who is ethically responsible to his patients, Dr. Grady is NOT your guy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grady's for 5 years and used to be satisfied until just recently. All I can say is that he has gotten to big, has no after hours, hours and will nickel and dime you and your insurance to death. Find a "mom and pop" style dental office, your wallet will thank you for it.

I have seen about 10 dentists in my days and Dr. Grady is by far the most capable and compassionate who is ever worked on my mouth. He is always great explaining what might be wrong and how we need to go about fixing it. I would highly recommend him.

I've been visiting Dr. Grady for past 10 years and had always great care and experience. Inside staff, nurses are knowledgeable and experienced. I will fire front desk staff. They are rude, arrogant. Apart from stupid front desk ladies, its a great care.

Always does good Job His front office staff could use some attitude adjustment, They smile most of the time but not very detailed all the time. Dr Grady is always very caring but not his front office staff
