Dr. Sean Michael Heffelfinger, MD

Dr Heffelfinger, you rock, but your staff needs an upgrade. I dont know who Roslie or whatever her name thinks she is to decide who gets to be seen and when. She obviously is not a Nurse, since a Nurse would never allow patients to wait for an appt. while they are ill. This just tells me that she wants the day easy for her so she doesn't have to work. I can say that this has happened more than enough times when Roslie has decided that my issue was not important enough to be seen. I will make sure that the CEO of Lehigh Valley is made aware of the incompetent and lazy staff. Oh, and God forbid if you call her to get any information, the disdain in her voice is always so prominent. But then no one ever answers the phone except for her. I hope she doesn't treat all your patients like this, otherwise, one day you will walk out to see a consistent empty waiting room. I can say, I think you are a terrific physician, but Im going to another practice where I can get appts and seen when I… am ill and not have a person who is far from qualified to tell me that I cant be seen or that my symptoms are not imminent enough to be seen by you. She seriously needs to go... If you don't like your job Roslie then quit, because no one wants to deal with a miserable person at a doctors office when they don't feel well.

Dr. Heffelfinger has an excellent manner of making a patient feel very comfortable and cared for. I have just recently began treatment with this good Doctor, and I will never patronize another doctor again. I trust his assessment's, and direct opinion of how future treatment will help me.
