Dr. Sean Lyden

This MD is an absolute joke. Honestly a bully is a perfect word to describe dr Lyden. He has zero bedside manner and no compassion. He will not give you the time of day or even allow questions to be asked. If by chance he allows you a second to ask something his mind is already made up before the words come out of your mouth. He spent 1 minute in my room before stating there was nothing he could do for my debilitating condintion and then walked out. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at cleveland but this put a horrible taste in my mouth. I would never recommend this MD to anyone. Stay far away and seek another’s opinion. Save your time and the disheartening experience you will likely have with this MD

I arrived at Metro with the fear of dying, but hopeful with the skills of the heart team. I heard of a classmate of my son's that had a dissection that was repaired here. My son was in N.C. and died of a dissection in 2010. My aneurysm had grown to 10 cm and I was having chest pains. Found out it was a dissection too. I was supposed to have Cleveland clinic main campus look at my aneurysm last year, but put it off. By personally hearing from a successful treatment of a dissection, I was ready to put myself into the hands of the Vascular team. Now, I have the future of more Sunrises, and not meeting my Sunset.

hard to get an appointment, wait for extra 2hrs of scheduled time. Ok bedside manner, whatever reason he's rude to the trainees. Lukewarm attitude, reluctant to spend time to discuss details.

As I previously stated when it came time for surgery Dr Lyden would let me know glad to say about 4 months out of open AAA and doing good Dr. Lyden did exactly what he said he was going to do this man saved my life

Dr. Lyden has an excellent bedside manner that puts you at ease. He carefully explains everything he has done or will do to in sugery. Dr Lyden when out of his way in my case to take care of my needs.

Dr Sean Lyden has very good bedside manner I'm very confident in him I went to him for a AAA I'm in the wait and see mode when he told me don't worry it felt comforting and I believe him and when its time for DR.Lyden to repair he will he seems very confident in his skill which is good and he doesn't sugar coat any thing tells it like it is and tells you how he is going to fix you I"m very happy with him
