Dr. Mayo listened to my son, treated him with respect, and helped relieve him from agony. Even when his part was done with the ER visit, he circled back to make sure my son was responding to the treatment and doing better. He was. Excellent, thoughtful and caring doctor.

Evaluation consisted of checking ears and sending me home from a MVA and a trauma experience in a matter of seconds. Didn't talk to me until I requested him to do so. Patient symptoms should be treated! I am not a waste of time I am a human being concerned for my health.

Did not transfer patient in a timely manner and patient died after being in the ER for 5 hours. Great work "Doctor"

Dr, Mayo was the emergency room physician at Sierra Vista, AZ. His billing department billed me $585.00 in which the bill they sent me stated **Balance is overdue. Please remit or contact us immediately**. So, being an honest and thankful patient, I remitted the entire amount. After they cashed my check, they sent a $585.00 claim to my insurance company asking for payment in which I had already paid in full. Watch out for this physician's practice, they will steal your money. If this physician treated you in an emergency room make sure you check and double check his billing practices. They will take your money! Luckily I was able to track their billing online. I would consider his practice (stealing money) as a fraud. I have retained legal counsel representation to have them refund the money the insurance company paid him on top of what I paid them already.
