Former because he is a horrible doctor with a horrible, can't be bothered attitude. In 2020 I had a serious eye situation which I was being told it was result of TIA. ER sent me to several specialists who ran numerous tests. Getting conflicting opinions and numerous questions, I made an appt w/McGrade for further evaluation and opinion. He walked into room, listenend to me for not even a minute and said, and I quote, "not my job". I said what do you mean, you are my primary and he reiterated "not my job". I responded "you know what, youare right. It is not your job because you ar no longer my doctor". I also told him he needs to find a new profession if he no longer cares about his patients.

Very rude staff, Dr. McGrade is not responsive even in serious medical situations. I got tired of leaving messages for him to call me back but he never called even once. It’s so hard to even reach his nurse. I would avoid at any cost. Wish I changed my doctor sooner.

Saw him for several years. Always found him to be looking to get out the door at the15 minute mark. Very quick to send me to specialists rather than try and help himself. Totally missed I had Lyme even though I had all the symptoms including the red bite! Refused to admit he should have ordered the blood test right away instead of making me suffer for weeks. Even got sarcastic and said, "Oh now you have a medical degree?" when I pushed. I have two college degrees but no medical degree...and I identified Lyme when he could not.

Always listens, writes down everything and his diagnostic skills are excellant

After making an appt for a physical 6 months in advance and doing the blood work etc He cancelled my appt and refused to see me because I was Rob Wenick's former patient. I've been going to that office for over 30 years.

My experience with Dr McGrade during my office visit was great! He's friendly and knowledgble. I also found him to be very clear and concise. He was also a good listener and eager to answer any questions. Overall it was a very good experience.
