My son had a severe deviated septum. On a scale of 1-10, 10 the being the worst, he was 9.5. When Dr. McWilliams examined him, we were shocked by how small his airway was in both nostrils. His nose was also misshapen due to the deviation extending down so far. Dr. McWilliams said to fix it cosmetically, a plastic surgeon would need to do the repair. I read he was the best and specialized in deviated septum's. So, due the airway issue and his great reviews, we scheduled surgery. Everything went extremely smooth from start/finish. He even had us walk-in when my son accidently sneezed through his nose 1 day postop and did it at no charge. The difference in my son is amazing. He's sleeping better and doesn't get fatigued with exercise, which he didn't even realize was related to the deviation until after the surgery. Cosmetically his nose looks great and I'm not dreading his senior pictures now. If you need an ENT, he's your man for his skill, compassion and phenomenal office staff!

I had to have sinus surgery for the 3rd time after it didn't go well w/ 2 previous ENTs so I searched & found out that Dr. McWilliams is the sinus surgery expert in our area. My preoperative appointment was great with all of my questions answered & Dr. McWilliams explained the surgery he felt would help me in great detail & was so patient. I had surgery 6 weeks ago & now have the outcome I had hoped for with the 2 previous surgeries! The results are amazing & the entire process w/ Dr. McWilliams' office has been 5 star all the way! Andre' (office manager), Jessica (nurse) & Dr. McWilliams all go out of their way for their patients & it really shows how much they care! THANK YOU!

Dr. McWilliams (ENT) office manager Andre is terrible. I waited 6 weeks for my son's appointment that was a referral from his PCP. I was running behind due to unforeseen circumstances at my job. I called ahead of time to inform them of this. Andre told me to still come because the appointment AFTER my son's canceled. When we arrived, they had already closed/locked the doors and turned off the lights. When I finally got Andre to come to the door to see what was going on, he informed me THEN that I had to reschedule. He claimed he called me but it went straight to voice-mail. However, never tried again to reach me. It took me 1 hr to drive there for this appointment only to be turned away. My son seeing this ENT was VITAL for his health. And this jerk Andre runs the office and has ZERO empathy, decency or simple courtesy. Do yourself a favor and NEVER see this doctor. With Andre as the office manager he WILL NOT CARE about your health, your child's or that of a loved one.

Clearly the review on Augut 5th 2020 is simply someone that is upset that they did not get an appointment which isn't a fair reason to evaluate Dr. McWilliams as the patient was not seen in his office. As a patient of Dr. McWilliams for many years I can assure you that he is a 5 star provider who goes above & beyond to take care of his patients as does his office. He performed sinus surgery on both me & my husband for chronic sinus issues that we have for years resolving out issues so that we no longer need sinus medications & can breathe through our noses. If you read the reviews of the actual patients of the practice you will see that they are 5 stars all the way!

Dr. McWilliams is a very caring surgeon who truly wants what is best for his patients. He made me feel very comfortable in all aspects of my care & always truly listened to me which is so rare in this day & age. My sinus surgery went very well & I have since taken 2 of my children to Dr. McWilliams for surgery & again had a very positive experience. I can not rate Dr. McWilliams & his entire staff any more highly! It takes a while to get in with him as a new patient but there is a reason for that as he is the best ENT in our region so it is worth the wait to see him!

I recently had sinus surgery with Dr. McWilliams that went great with a very easy recovery. Dr. McWilliams & his staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. I am very pleased & highly recommend this ENT!
