Hold on to your credit card and don't give it to them. I had an appointment set up for 2 weeks from now. I was told as a new patient I needed to give them my credit card information because if I was a no-show they were going to charge $50. I had no problem with that. But I come to find out that they charged my credit card $25 for a consultation when I have seen no doctor and my appointment isn't for another 2 weeks!. I have never seen a doctor or spoken to one over a phone or in person. I spoke to the office staff in making an appointment and that was it. The office staff, without my consent or authorization for this charge, charged my credit card for services not rendered or a appointment that hasn't even happened yet to be missed. I'll be sure to call the insurance company tomorrow and let them know that type of practice this is and what they did. I will not be seeing this doctor. I don't care how good he is. The staff is unethical and fraudulently charging for a service not… rendered. Can't imagine what else they would do. she mentioned that i need to pay my high dedectible because they eont want to wait for insurance as sometimes insurance doesn't pay them. Hmmm wonder why now that is? So, this is all about the buck and not the patient. Shame on you!

Excellent service! Easy to schedule appointment, professional, personable, thorough! Saw Dr. Nikravan for a second opinion. He listened, provided valuable and unbiased feedback, reviewed thoroughly all options, showed interest in well being and future care. A very pleasant experience with doctor and staff. Would highly recommend.

As usual, Dr. Nikravan spent the time and was very informative. He explains everything. It is much easier for self care when you understand what is happening with your body and how your meds are helping to keep you healthy.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Nikravan for two years and thanks to him and his professional staff we have received the ultimate in medical care! At 74, we have never better.

Dr. Nikravan is an amazing Endocronologist! He is so thoughtful, and explains everything .. so detailed. He has helped me so much with my Thyroid issues. I really appreciate the time he takes with me, and am so thankful that he was recommended to me.

Dr. Nikravan is exactly the doctor I was hoping to find when I was searching for help with my thyroid condition. I believe he takes a more holistic approach to treatment than most medical doctors. He listens and he cares, and is willing to discuss the benefits of other protocols beyond medication (i.e., stress reduction, diet, exercise, etc.). I'm so grateful to be under his care.
