He has no personality. Dismisses any concerns and is in a big hurry to get out if there.

Does not give you the time of day. Could care less about your concerns. Rude is an understatement, no matter your age.

I had cataract surgery both eyes. the first went well, the second, not good. Dr had marked the eye position while was laying flat. while sitting up he questioned his marking, then decided to go with it. Later as the assistant unveiled the eye she was quite cheerful, until she checked the vision, she became quite serious as she learned what I already knew. The replacement liens was not in the correct position. "Dr" Rooney upon checking the problem, said "well, the lens can turn settling in position." continuing he added "this eye is even better than the first at this point" CLEARLY A LIE. I feel he lied to cover a mistake he knew he had made. I now use a corrective liens for that eye and plain glass for the other.
