Summary
I have been a counselor for 20 years and have had the privilege to work in community mental health, prison and jails, higher education, K-12, private practice, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and a hospital system.
I use a combination of modalities to treat the people I work with, but primarily work from a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
After our initial intake, we will work together to identify thoughts and beliefs that may be bringing you difficulty, then work to change those perceptions.
