Bad Experience. Didn't pay attention to my needs. Disrespectful.

This man is a monster.. verbally abuses patients.. physically abused me. Medical will not pull the contract. How many people has he killed..

Don't believe a word he says.

Dr. Xie was in a hurry. He did not want to take the time to answer my questions. Even laughed at me for having them. He gave me some FALSE INFORMATION concerning the symptoms of the tumor I have. He said it did not cause fatigue and weakness - which the online authorities such as the American Brain Tumor Association (website) clearly says it does. He was arrogant, talked down to me. Kind of doctor who wants to process patients to get their surgery fees only.

Very easily tempered. Not paying attention what people say. Raising voices

I arrived early to the appointment. The clinic was packed full of patients waiting. Thirty 30 minutes after the appointment time I went to the desk to ask how much longer. The office staff said they have no idea about that doctor said he "rented the clinic room for the day". He works out of an office that is not even his. When we finally got to see him, he was arrogant, spoke to me very, disrespectfuly, and NOT helpful at all. I do NOT recommend this doctor. If I could give less than one star I would!

Dr Xie performed a craniotomy for midline subdural hematoma. The surgery was successful and there were no complications -- no infection or itching after surgery and it healed well. His communication skills are not the greatest and it was hard to get hold of him after the surgery; but the operation itself went well and I'm grateful that he was skillful and efficient in his handling of the surgery.

His explanation was easy to understand. Very conservative approach to my problem. I appreciate the time and honest answer to my problems.
