Dr Ciancio has great instincts. He's been doing this for a while. He figured out my problem in the Hospital in a matter of seconds. My bladder was not emptying completely and my Kidneys were dialated. All the fluid was backing up. He Catheterized me and immediately he got a Liter of fluid out of me. I had been dealing with this problem for a long time. I was told by another Doctor that if I would have let it go any longer I was looking at Dialysis. Now Doc Is going to be working for the VA. Dr. Ciancio explains everything thoroughly and lets you know what to expect. He's very caring and patient and answers all our questions without rushing us out. He even took the time to call after surgery to see how things were going. His nurse is also very nice and returned all our phone calls. Neither Dr. Cianco or his nurse or any office staff made us feel like we were a bother and encouraged us to call anytime we had questions or concerns.

Dr. Ciancio and his staff are very professional and courteous. Both he and his staff spent all the time needed to explain the surgery and what to expect even days/weeks after. In doing so, I felt very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I am grateful to have a wonder doctor and staff here in our area.
