Terrible office

Great doctor, very thorough! My only complaint would be the long wait time when you are in the office.

In the rating it says it's easy to get appointment. I have called 6 times this morning and NO ONE answers the phone. Poor customer service I would say.

Customer service is terrible. Have been waiting a week to get prescription sent to CVS

Unbelievable. I have Crohns and was seen twice in two weeks at Florida hospital and have severe inflammation and an infection. They advised me to follow up with Ekici. I waited three hours to spend literally less than 10 mins with the rude man. He was short and very unconcerned with me. He sent me for tests, all of which I did the next morning and took 24 hours to get resukts. I spent over a week in excruciating pain leaving message after message requesting a refill of what the ER gave me from him. Which is what he told me I needed to take. Over a week later when i finally spoke to a human I was told he would not refill it unless I came back in for it. Greed. It is not a narcotic and he had all the results to my tests and still had not contacted me. I HIGHLY suggest you find someone else to see. He is HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. WORST DR I've ever seen in the 22 years Ive had this disease.

Why make appointment?? You have to wait a minimum of an hour past your appointment. Today I walked out without seeing him. I will not go back! He thinks his time is more precious than our time!!!

Dr Ekici speaks fast and with a heavy accent. He obviously knows his field well. His advice is eneven. On some things, it is hard to know what to think, and on others he speaks right to the issue with a proposed solution. I wish he would take a speech course and become more understandable, especially for older patients.

I have to have an additional test, and was told to follow up in a few weeks. I made the additional test, but then when it was close to the day of my follow up appointment, Dr. Ekici's office called to say he was going on vacation so they meeded to rescheule me. Next available appointment was over a month away. I asked if I could at least get the results, but I was told he won't discuss reaults on the phone. Right before the rescheduled appointment they called to rescheduke again-telling me again the doctor was gping on vacation. They rescheduled for over a month away again. I plan to find another doctor. It's a shame, because he is very good. But being made to wait 5 mobths to get results is unacceptable. There was no reason he couldn't call me with the results, especially after cancelling on me twice because he was going on vacation. Hasn't he heard of planning ahead for vacations? That way patients are scheduled and then forced to reachedule.

Office staff is not friendly . Wait times are long. No follow up after appointment. Multiple requests are not answered

Dr. Ekici is one of the best doctors that I have been to! He is very educated and he is the best in the business
