Dr. Seema Kazi, MD

I have been going here for 3 years as an adult with ADD. However it was time for my refill and urine test. I took the test after I had eaten CBD gummies 2 weeks prior the test showed positive for canniboids so the would not refill my prescription. Waited another week took another urine test called to see if results were back it has been 5 days had to leave messages for medical assistant and still no call back. My prescription ran out 12 days ago. I have taken this for 14 years and to have to stop suddenly was very hard mentally and physically. I had to pay out of pocket for second lab test $135.00 and still no answer. Kazi’s office charges insurance $950.00 for labs. So I went to LabCorp. Not a happy patient.

She is very thorough. She really takes the time to figure out what your needs are. I’ve seen many! She is great with me having the knowledge I have from experience with this profession!

After 4-5 years of care through Dr Kazi, I was denied care yesterday because of a past balance, which is a billing error. They literally said since I owed more than $30 Dr Kazi would NOT SEE ME. I asked to speak with her and they said NO. I was told that I could speak with Dr Kazis husband, but he REFUSED to speak with me. So I’m out of medication and sent two emails asking that Dr KaZi please call me so we could discuss the issue. She has yet to contact me. Beyond hurtful after all (SHE KNOWS) that I’ve gone through and have been dealing with.

She is currently in Grapevine. Office staff is great! Only complaint that I have is her new nurse that sees her established patients. She argues with me about my medicine, and treated me like a drug abuser over a refill of Vistaril!! Beyond that I love this office and the doctor!
