Dr. Khan is an excellent and thoughtful surgeon. She provides full explanation and the reason related to your surgery. I highly recommend to see her as your surgeon.

Dr Khan put me on tamoxifen with no information other than “You might get hot flashes and don’t Google it”. It is a good thing I did Google it because I learned from the internet that it would be very dangerous to get pregnant and no birth control pills are allowed. The list goes on with the amount of information not shared with me by Dr Kahn and her team. They were incredibly unprofessional and now learning that Dr Kahn is doing research on tamoxifen, makes her unethical as well.

Dr. Khan was amazing. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She explained everything from top to bottom, A-Z, all different options and outcomes. I could not have asked for better care!!

Recently had lumpectomy done by Dr. Kahn. I would highly recommend her and all the staff at Northwestern. My experience was almost pain free, and the incisions have healed very nicely. You really can't tell that tissue was removed as Dr. Kahn made sure that my breast would look as normal as possible.

I met with Dr. Khan after receiving a non-BRCA genetic mutation diagnosis. Unfortunately, she was fairly dismissive and ultimately was the reason I moved everything breast related to a different hospital, even though the rest of my Doctors are at Northwestern. It was a disappointing, rushed experience.
