Dr. Seema Abdulhami Misbah

The Doctor was 35 minutes late and I had a very early appointment. This Doctor filled in for my regular oncologist so this was the first time meeting. She has a very aggressive tone and way about her. It is difficult to talk with her because she stops you in mid sentence and talks right over you. I felt very uncomfortable and was not able to ask the questions I needed answered. Terrible mannerisms and I will not be seeing her again. Her notes were not accurate and she did not go over my tests results from my scan. I would complain to the hospital but I do not want it on my chart to affect further care for my cancer. The entire appointment was rushed and unprofessional

Connect with her via on call. She refused to listen to my plan of care and continuously questioned the reasoning behind the plan of care. She didn't take into consideration as to the situation and tried to make it seem like I'm stupid and was overreacting. This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had over the phone. In the end i made a judgement call and just took myself to the ER against her advise. Turns out i was right and need a blood transfusion. I will definately be talking to my oncologist asap.
