Don’t waste your time with this office. Customer service is extremely rude non-helpful whatsoever. I’ve never dealt with anyone so rude and inconsiderate. and not willing to help patients avoid AT ALL COST THERE ALL ABOUT GETTJNG INSUREAMVE MONEY THEY CAN CARELESS ABOUT YOU AT ALL

I have been coming to the Downers Grove office since 2020. I have been asked to wait numerous times in the past upon arriving for my appointments. Yesterday, I had a 3:30 appointment and walked in the office at 3:36 only to get a lot of passive-agressive grief from Kelly, my technician, and one of the secretaries at the front desk. I told them I obviously did *not* expect them to go over my scheduled slot or cut into the next customer's time. Yet, they continued to lecture me about "being on time." I have spent thousands of my hard-earned money at this office to pamper myself and have some special me time. I don't need to be scolded or lectured by anyone for being a few minutes late, especially not when they have made me wait so many times in the past. Forget this place. I agree with the other reviewer --it seems like they only value their time but not the cutsomer's time. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

After my appointment I got a random text from Amar pharmacy which was quite frightening because I never heard of them, I called and found out the office decided on their own without consulting me to send it there. When I questioned that practice they said they didn?t want me as a patient anymore mid treatment and have not completed my treatments but charged me for them. This place is a SCAM! Stay far away.

first visit was okay. 2nd follow up visit was not. Somewhat condescending. Nodding her head left and right as if saying no no like I was a little kid when I asked her a question. Then I asked another question and she said she mentioned that before. Yeah you may have mentioned it but you did NOT explain the procedure. She was only in the room less than 5 minutes, leaves and left me with her assistant. I even told her the dr is in a "funny mood". Then the assistant brings someone else into the room to explain the procedure I was asking about.. I asked her questions then she had to leave the room to go back and ask Dr. Sheth questions. Needs to brush up on her professionalism. If I'm paying for a visit, I do NOT expect a choppy 5 minute visit with 2 other people I had to ask addl questions because Dr. Sheth left the room quickly. I guess the more customers she takes in the more she makes is the impression I got. She mentioned she was going to give me a prescription but failed to… tell me it has been found to cause cancer. low percentage but still should have mentioned it.

Highly recommend! Truly cares and is very trustworthy.

Beautiful office! Had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Sheth and her staff. Everyone is so attentive and kind. Really took time to listen to me and explain the treatment plan. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Excellent Doctor. Most thorough skin check I have had by a dermatologist. Really took the time to address my concerns.

Dr. Sheth and her staff are absolutely amazing. The second I walked into her office I just could not believe my eyes, that place is gorgeous!! I had Voluma and Botox injections and I could not be happier with the results. I have had several cosmetic injections over the years and this was the best experience I have had.

good experience with her. she removed a pilar cyst from my scalp a few hours ago. gave me a local anesthetic and then took about 10 minutes to complete the procedure. very pleasant and highly recommended.
