Dr. Seher Jangda

Seher Jangda is a bilingual (English/Urdu) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She specializes in anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, child therapy, poor coping skills, divorce, and domestic abuse. Seher received her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life, however, she has specialized training and experience in helping trauma survivors as well as victims of domestic violence. Seher often uses a mindfulness approach in helping her clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Seher can help with all sorts of problems and situations.
